Public bidding on the Clavon site under the Government Land Sales (GLS) program has ended. UIC Homes Private Ltd. and UOL Venture Investment Private Ltd. won the site bid from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) after the two developers submitted the highest bid of the five bidders.
The two partners have submitted a winning bid of S$ 491.3 million. This is equivalent to S$ 788.31 psf per plot ratio on the Clavon site. The second-highest bid on the $ 471.01 site is equivalent to $ 755.74 psf per plot ratio, from Vesta SG Residences. In addition, CSC Land Group, City Development Ltd and MCC Land participated in the bidding. All developers have submitted bids ranging from $ 452 million to $ 417.57 million.
Clavon Condo is located on Clementi Avenue 1 and is divided into residential areas. We are planning to develop a 40-story building, including 640 units.
